• In our most recent project, we achieved over $250 million in savings for our client whilst reducing safety risks, by successfully challenging a key assumption adopted in the early stages of the project.

• By developing an alternative construction technique for a major asset, we reduced the construction cost by over $50 million dollars while reducing safety risks and achieving the desirable performance of the facility.

• We revealed a systemic human error in a foundation investigation for a major asset improvement project that led to misrepresentation of the foundation conditions. Upon rectifying the error, the project cost was reduced by over $20 million dollars without compromising the desired asset improvements.
